OVERVIEW OF POSITION

This creative professional is responsible for participating and supporting in conceptual development, 2D and 3D design exploration, and producing drafts and prototypes in collaboration with production. They will be a strong and positive contributor in the creative process from start to finish and will present excellent communication skills in order to deliver meaningful creative intent on a broad range of projects. This person will bring a positive attitude to the creative culture and be a collaborator to both internal and external partners of the agency. This position will report directly to the Associate Creative Director.

SENIOR DESIGNER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting conceptual development of brand experiences, campaigns and consumer engagement strategies that connect brands and consumers in a more meaningful way
• Understanding each program’s objectives and goals in order to bring a meaningful creative solution through storytelling and collateral
• Strong contributor to the internal creative team to set a high standard for the creative development and design process
• Work collaboratively with the broader Episode.1 team to ensure program success and that timelines are met
• Ability to multitask on a broad range of projects and meeting critical deadlines
• Being part of a growing team and eager to learn and be part of a creative culture that supports a safe and open creative dialogue

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-6 years of creative experience contributing to different stages of the creative process including but not limited to conceptual development, 2D and 3D asset creation, and storytelling elements
• 2D and 3D experience in creating environments, spaces, events, retail, and necessary collateral for those projects
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign
• Proficient in 3D programs such as Sketchup, Rhino, or Blender and rendering softwares such as V-Ray or Keyshot is preferred.
• Excellent contributor and collaborator at all levels with internal and external partners
• Must have great time management skills and a sense of urgency of all projects
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to deliver concise creative intent
• Must possess a strong work ethic and ability to strive in a fast paced environment
• Daily use of Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint, along with Google Docs and Keynote
