Position Summary:

We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to visually amplify the ESVP brand. You’ll create polished, on-brand visuals that support our marketing, coaching, and client success efforts—from landing pages and PDFs to social media assets and branded decks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing collateral, sales decks, PDFs, and social graphics
• Create branded assets for client onboarding and coaching delivery
• Translate complex ideas into visually appealing graphics
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams for asset needs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2C or coaching environment
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Portfolio that demonstrates strong brand understanding and visual hierarchy
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory
• Experience designing for both digital and print formats
