Compensation: $170K–$200K base + meaningful equity

Their platform automates and streamlines the token launch process, dramatically reducing costs and complexity by breaking down the traditional “information arbitrage” of advisors and legal intermediaries.

Leveraging proprietary AI, they guide clients through every step: from token design and vendor connections to full execution support. The result? Faster, smarter, and far more affordable token launches.

About the Role

We’re partnering with this client to find their Founding Product Designer, a hands-on design leader who will own the entire UX and design system from day one. You’ll collaborate directly with the founders (who have prior exits to Notion and Coinbase) to build an elegant, data-rich platform that makes complex workflows feel simple and intuitive.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design across web applications, from concept through execution.
• Develop a cohesive design system that scales with the product.
• Translate complex workflows and datasets into clean, functional dashboards and visualizations.
• Design AI-integrated interfaces (chatbots, smart forms, assistants).
• Work closely with engineering and product to ship quickly and iterate based on real feedback.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship throughout the design process.

Experience:

• 3–10 years of product design experience (preferably at startups, Seed–Series C).
• Proven ability to design complex data-driven dashboards and workflows.
• Experience implementing progressive disclosure and simplifying technical user journeys.
• Familiarity with AI-driven product design and interactions.
• Bonus: Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, fintech, or crypto.

Skills:

• Expert in Figma and modern design systems.
• Comfortable with AI design tools (no specific ones required).
• Working knowledge of React and TypeScript preferred.

Soft Skills:

• Passionate about design craft, iteration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborative and ego-free team player with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, founder-led teams.
