Falak Company is looking for ambitious and results-driven Business Developers / Sales Closers to join our team on a freelance / contract basis.

This is a performance-based opportunity where your success is directly tied to your ability to generate and close deals. You will be working with high-value web and digital service offerings, helping businesses improve their online presence and growth.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in autonomous environments and are motivated by results.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Identify and engage potential clients (B2B)
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored digital solutions
  • Present and sell our services (websites, platforms, digital solutions)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing
  • Handle objections and negotiate effectively
  • Maintain organized follow-ups and pipeline tracking

  • You will have full ownership of your pipeline and sales process
  • This role is suited for individuals comfortable generating and managing their own opportunities
  • You are free to use your own outreach strategies and channels
  • Ideal for candidates with a strong business development mindset

🧠 What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales, closing, or business development (preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Fluent in French or English (both is a strong plus)

💰 Compensation

  • Freelance, performance-based role (the more you close the more you earn through a commission)
