We are a fast-growing Creative & Performance Agency looking for a Sales Partner who is tired of the "hamster wheel" of traditional sales. We don’t just pay you to close; we pay you to build a portfolio.

You earn upfront, you earn recurring monthly income, and you earn massive bonuses for consistency.

The Role:

• Identify and close high-growth businesses needing Performance Marketing, Video Editing, and Graphic Design.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Act as a partner to your clients, ensuring they enter the right service tier (£1k - £5k/mo).

Commission Structure:

• 20% Upfront on every new close.
• 10% Recurring monthly for the life of the client.
• 20% Renewal bonus.
• Aggressive Accelerators: Incentives for hitting Monthly (£7.5k), Quarterly (£24k), and Yearly (£100k) targets.

What We Look For:

• A "Hunter" mentality with a track record in B2B or Agency sales.
• Self-starters who don't need a manager to tell them to pick up the phone.
• Mastery of the English language and professional communication.
