Product Designer / Claude Operator (full-remote)

Through Figmenta Labs, we are building the next generation of AI-Native digital products. We are looking for a Product Designer / Claude Operator (Full-Remote) to design and ship products conceived with AI at their core.

§ Who you are

You want to work hands-on with Claude and explore human-agent collaboration.

You have 3+ years of experience in design or marketing.

You are fully comfortable working in English.

You are AI-powered in how you work and organize yourself.

§ Responsibilities

Design and prototype AI-Native digital products using Claude as a core tool.

Work in a hybrid human-agent workflow from concept to delivery.

Own the end-to-end design process: wireframes, UI, and handoff.

§ Requirements

3+ years in product design, UI/UX, digital design, or marketing creative roles.

Strong English (minimum C1).

Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma) and interest in leveraging AI — particularly Claude — in your workflow.

Autonomous, hands-on, and comfortable in a remote startup environment.
