Role Overview

As Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll lead the design vision and execution for our core product experience. You’ll craft a sophisticated, intuitive, and high-performance interface that resonates with elite users and supports exclusive business matchmaking powered by gamified and reward-based systems.

This is a rare opportunity to own end-to-end design in a zero-to-one product—collaborating closely with founders, engineers, and product leads to launch something genuinely distinctive in the digital networking space.

What You’ll Do

  • User Experience Strategy: Own the end-to-end user journey—from onboarding to sustained engagement to meaningful reward—crafting elegant, frictionless flows tailored for a discerning audience.
  • Behavioral Gamification Design: Design reward mechanics rooted in behavioral psychology to drive progression, motivation, and perceived value. Architect systems such as status tiers, achievements, and personalized incentives that elevate participation and signal influence.
  • Business Enablement UX: Create intuitive flows that help members discover, connect with, and pitch to curated companies—facilitating partnerships, deal flow, and strategic outcomes.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Testing: Produce high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma or Framer. Conduct user interviews and usability testing to refine features with data-driven insights.
  • Design System Creation: Build a scalable, elegant design system from scratch—reflecting a luxury digital aesthetic while ensuring consistency and speed.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, and brand teams to ensure a cohesive, premium member experience.
  • User Advocacy: Act as the voice of our users—translating their needs, preferences, and behaviors into intuitive and impactful design decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 6+ years in UX/UI or product design, ideally including work on gamified platforms, high-end consumer apps, or professional networks.
  • Elite Sensibility: Deep understanding of design language for luxury, exclusivity, and trust. Experience creating interfaces for a high-net-worth and influential audience.
  • Motivation-Driven Design: You’re fluent in behavioral psychology and intrinsic/extrinsic motivation frameworks. You know how to build UX that influences meaningful, lasting engagement.
  • Strategic Thinking: You can zoom out to align UX with broader business goals, especially in B2B enablement and partnership development.
  • Design Craft: Mastery of tools like Figma, Adobe CC, and interactive prototyping platforms such as Framer or Principle.
  • Startup DNA: You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and are comfortable building from zero with high autonomy.
  • Bonus Points: Background in behavioral science, social network dynamics, or designing for exclusive, high-conversion onboarding flows.
