The Opportunity
We are expanding our presence in Europe and are looking for a driven Sales / Business Development Representative to find and win new customers across the region. Working remotely from anywhere in Europe, you will be the face of Fudy in the region — identifying prospects, building relationships with brand owners and OEM/ODM partners, and converting opportunities into long-term packaging programs. This is a true hunter role for someone who thrives on opening doors and building a pipeline from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and prioritize new business opportunities with brand owners and OEM/ODM manufacturers across European markets.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking, trade shows, and industry events.
- Own the full sales cycle: from first contact and needs discovery through solution presentation, quotation, negotiation, and close.
- Understand each prospect's packaging challenges and position Fudy's design, manufacturing, and sustainability capabilities as tailored solutions.
- Act as the bridge between European customers and Fudy's design centers and manufacturing facilities in Asia and North America.
- Build and maintain a healthy, well-documented sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- Represent Fudy at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings across Europe.
- Gather market intelligence on European packaging trends, sustainability regulations, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and account teams to ensure a smooth handoff from new-business win to delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in packaging, print, manufacturing, or a related industrial/consumer-goods field.
- A demonstrable track record of finding and closing new customers (new-logo acquisition), not just managing existing accounts.
- Strong prospecting, networking, and consultative-selling skills, with the confidence to open conversations at all levels.
- Commercial acumen: comfortable with quotations, negotiation, and structuring deals across international supply chains.
- Fluent English; additional European languages (e.g. German, French) are a strong advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Europe.
- Self-starter mentality — able to work autonomously in a remote setting while coordinating with global teams across time zones.
- Genuine interest in sustainable packaging and the ability to speak credibly about eco-friendly materials and design.
Nice to Have
- Existing network of contacts among European brand owners or OEM/ODM manufacturers.
- Familiarity with packaging materials — rigid boxes, corrugated, molded fiber/pulp, labels, and sustainable alternatives.
- Experience selling into electronics, retail & consumer, or luxury segments.
