The Role

As our Growth Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving Glass’s global user growth and brand awareness. You’ll design, execute, and optimize growth strategies that expand our reach and retention, from viral campaigns and community initiatives to paid acquisition and data-driven experiments.

You’ll be working directly with the founding team to scale Glass from thousands to millions of users, helping us shape a safer, smarter digital world.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies across digital channels (organic + paid).
• Build and lead creative experiments to increase user acquisition and engagement.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to optimize user journeys and retention funnels.
• Use analytics tools to track performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Manage Glass’s brand presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging creator communities.
• Build partnerships with creators, organizations, and universities to expand Glass’s reach.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience in growth, marketing, or digital strategy (preferably SaaS or startup).
• Strong understanding of metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, and retention.
• Experience running paid and organic campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like Google Analytics, Notion, or HubSpot.
• Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
• Passion for technology, digital safety, and building products that make the web better.
