About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager UK & Ireland to lead and execute marketing strategies in the UK & Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing within the renewable energy or PV industry and will be responsible for localizing and implementing marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, and supporting our sales team in achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:*Marketing Strategy, Planning & Budget Management

Develop, own, and manage the annual marketing plan and budget for the UK & Ireland, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives.

Monitor budget utilization, track ROI, and optimize spend across campaigns and activities.

*Campaign Execution

Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns (META, LinkedIn, email, website, PR, events, etc.) to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and boost sales.

Collaborate closely with HQ and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with commercial goals.

*Content Campaigns, Newsletters & Social Media

Create and adapt content for multi-channel campaigns, including newsletters, digital ads, case studies, editorials, trainings and webinars.

Oversee social media planning, including scheduling, copywriting, engagement, and campaign reporting.

*Lead Generation

Develop and implement lead generation and nurturing activities (e.g. landing pages, gated content, webinars, and email campaigns).

Work closely with Sales to ensure leads are qualified, tracked, and converted.

*Channel Co-Marketing & Communication

Plan and execute regular marketing activities with channel partners (distributors, installers, and strategic accounts), including co-branded campaigns, newsletters, and events.

Build strong relationships with key partners to maximize brand visibility and sales opportunities.

*Event & Expo Marketing

Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of trade shows, expos, and conferences – including pre-event campaigns, on-site presence (booth design, materials, branding), and post-event follow-up.

Coordinate with Sales, Product, HQ, and external vendors to deliver impactful event participation that supports sales goals.

*Webinar & PR Support

Manage webinars end-to-end, from setup and promotion to lead follow-up and reporting.

Support PR efforts such as media outreach, award applications, and speaker opportunities to increase visibility in the region.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the renewable energy, PV, or technology sectors.

Strong understanding of the UK & Ireland energy markets and business culture.

Proven experience in B2B marketing and supporting regional sales growth.

Native or fluent English (written and spoken) is required; additional European language skills are a plus.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, CMS, email marketing, marketing automation, analytics, and emerging AI-driven tools.

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, HQ teams, and external partners.

Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK & Ireland for events, partner activities, and meetings.
