Location: 100% Remote

Compensation Package:

The salary range for this position is $135,000-$210,000 plus equity. We offer full healthcare benefits and a competitive 401(k) match.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our remote team and drive the development of engaging, intuitive user experiences across our platform.

What You'll Do:

• Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of new features in our web platform

• Build realtime, visually engaging, intuitive touchpoints for users

• Collaborate with engineers cross-functionally as well as the product and design teams

• Identify areas of improvement in application performance and drive best practices

• Ideate on the future of our user experience, using both qualitative and quantitative data

• Bring industry learnings in web development technologies to the team

• Mentor junior frontend developers and provide technical guidance

What You'll Bring To The Team:

• 5+ years building accessible web applications with an eye for intuitive, user-facing experiences

• Proficient with React and TypeScript, as well as knowledge of UI architecture and performance

• Strong background in server-side rendering and client-side performance optimization

• Demonstrated skills in delivering high quality code that is well-documented and maintainable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Genuine care about the user experience

• Passion for continuous learning and innovation in the web/frontend space
