​As the Graphic Designer at Inflo, you’ll be at the heart of our brand identity, shaping the visual direction of everything we create. From concept to execution, you’ll take ownership of all branding design across digital and print, ensuring a consistent, compelling, and innovative brand presence.​

Reporting to the Acquisition Manager, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to bring creative ideas to life, enhancing engagement and driving growth.​

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES​

• Own the end-to-end design process, from concept creation to final execution across digital and print.​
• Develop and maintain Inflo’s core brand identity and Mark Edmondson’s (Inflo CEO) brand ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Create high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, whitepapers, reports, and presentations.
• Design engaging digital assets for website, email, social media, and paid campaigns.
• Support event branding, including banners, booth designs, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to bring creative ideas to life.​
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.
• Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices, continuously refining Inflo’s visual style.​

THE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (ESSENTIAL)

• Experience in a graphic design role, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of brand identity and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling designs.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.​

DESIRABLE

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
• Knowledge of Figma or other UI/UX design tools.
• Understanding of print production processes and best practices.
• Interest in marketing and the ability to contribute creative ideas to campaigns.​
