Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop comprehensive full-funnel marketing strategies for affiliate partnerships, from initial awareness through conversion.
• Design data-driven customer acquisition funnels that maximize conversion rates.
• Develop SEO strategies by researching the market, identifying target keyword clusters, and recommending content approaches to drive organic traffic growth.
• Create paid media strategies including funnel design and channel recommendations (Google Ads, Meta, native advertising, etc.) with a focus on maintaining account health and channel longevity in sensitive verticals.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and consumer behaviors.
• Apply conversion rate optimization principles throughout the funnel to continuously improve performance at each stage.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for growth marketing and affiliate marketing with proven results in past projects or roles.
• Strong knowledge across the full marketing funnel including SEO strategy, paid media planning, and conversion optimization.
• Understanding of advertising policies and compliance requirements for sensitive verticals (dating, finance, health) with experience navigating platform restrictions.
• Basic skills in graphic design and creative development to conceptualize and communicate marketing ideas effectively.
• Self-motivated learner with exceptional drive to build, test, optimize, and scale marketing strategies.
