Role Description
The Senior UI/UX Designer will work collaboratively with the Head of Design & User Experience to build B2B enterprise software for tier-1 financial institutions worldwide. Duties will include:
- Lead and execute the full end-to-end UX/UI design process, collaborating with product managers to translate technical requirements into high-fidelity designs, detailed user flows, and pixel-perfect Figma files with clear annotations.
- Partner closely with stakeholders and engineering through iterative reviews, daily stand-ups, and structured handoffs, ensuring alignment, accurate implementation, and clarity on use cases, rules, and conditions.
- Conduct thorough UI/UX QA across testing environments, write Jira tickets for bugs and improvements, and refine designs continuously based on usability findings and user feedback.

- Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and are meticulous in your design approach.
- Adaptable & Collaborative: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, you are quick to adapt to changes and manage multiple priorities. You thrive in collaborative environments with international teams.
You're an ideal fit if you have strengths in
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience working with international cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. You are highly collaborative and flexible.
- Figma Expertise: Strong ability to translate product requirements into high-fidelity designs using Figma. You are proficient in all aspects of the tool, from creating wireframes to fully interactive prototypes.
- Design Ownership: Confidence in taking full ownership of design deliverables, from product requirements to QA. You lead design on your deliverables, manage your own deadlines and communication lines with team members while maintaining high-quality design work.
- User Experience: Deep understanding of user flows, interaction patterns, and UI design principles. You are adept at designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces that align with the product’s goals. You have experience in performing UI/UX QA to ensure that our engineering teams are building to the highest design and technical standards.
- Visual Design & Design Systems: Exceptional visual design skills with a strong foundation of color theory, typography, layout and interaction design. You have experience in building and maintaining design systems within figma and understand Storybook.
- Communication: Present design thinking and solutions to stakeholders to ensure alignment with client expectations, project requirements, and the company’s design standards.
Qualifications
- A BFA in graphic design with additional certifications or degree in human centered design.
- 5-7+ years of professional experience in UX and visual design.
- Must present a strong digital portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking and exquisite visual design for both consumer facing products and enterprise software. Both desktop and mobile must be represented
- Must be adaptable to designing B2B enterprise software for the financial industry in Web3.

- The expected salary for this position is between $130,000.00 and $150,000.00, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
