Graphic Designer

Role & Responsibilities

• Design social media graphics, marketing collateral, and sales materials for deep tech startups and HAUS
• Support Art Directors and Creative Directors in executing visual concepts across various sales and marketing deliverables for HAUS clients
• Create illustrations and graphic assets that communicate complex technical concepts to B2B audiences
• Assist in the design and production of presentation decks, one-pagers, and other business development materials
• Contribute to web design projects, creating on-brand interface elements and supporting assets
• Collaborate with the team to maintain design consistency across client brand guidelines
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to project development
• Manage multiple assignments efficiently while maintaining high-quality output

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to design excellence
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfort with managing several projects simultaneously
• Experience with both print and digital design formats
• Must love deep tech

Preferences

• Portfolio demonstrating work with venture-backed B2B technology startups
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience working directly with technical founders or product teams
• Motion graphics or animation skills
• Experience designing within established brand systems
