The founding team comes from one of the world's most respected AI research institutions, and the investor roster reflects the calibre of what's being built: tier one VC's, alongside angel investors who are founders and CEOs of Perplexity and other top technology companies. The company also holds a strategic go-to-market partnership with AWS and has already signed seven-figure contracts with Fortune 100 enterprises - all within its first year of operation.
About the role:
The Talent Acquisition function is in rapid formation, and you’ll be one of the first
dedicated TA Partners on the team. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll co-author
the hiring playbook and build a talent proposition with the same ambition as the teams you’ll
partner with.
Areas of impact:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for the Engineering organisation, covering Full-Stack, DevOps, Model Serving, Product Management, and other technical roles across Europe and Israel
- Build deep pipelines of senior engineering talent from top startups, scale-ups, tech companies and AI labs across the UK and EMEA
- Build out all aspects of the talent attraction and engagement playbook for engineering hiring, including sourcing strategy, employer brand, candidate engagement, interview design, and offer process
- Partner with engineering leaders on hiring strategy, role definition, structured interview design, and levelling decisions
- Run high-volume sourcing across LinkedIn, GitHub, Discord communities, and other specialist channels relevant to ML infrastructure and modern web stacks
- Calibrate offers, manage closing conversations, and negotiate complex packages including salary, equity, and relocation
- Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition on hiring forecasts, pipeline reporting, and continuous improvement of interview processes
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience and represent the company mission and technical depth credibly to senior engineers.
What's needed:
- 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, focused on senior software engineering roles at a high-growth tech, AI, or infrastructure company
- Demonstrated success hiring across Full-Stack, Backend, DevOps / Platform, and ML Infrastructure profiles
- Strong technical literacy, able to speak credibly about distributed systems, model serving, API & Python ecosystems, modern frontend frameworks, and cloud data platforms
- Confident negotiator and closer of senior and experienced hires with a genuine focus on delivering top-tier experience
- Experience working closely with engineering leadership and running structured interview processes
- Comfortable operating remotely across global time zones with excellent written communication.
