Junior Web Developer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Develop internet applications and software tools, working with product teams to define product vision.

• Design, develop, and test member-facing applications and systems utilizing cloud, CMS, and traditional integrations.

• Perform hands-on development of cloud applications, Content Management Systems (CMS), and integration solutions across various platforms.

• Research and resolve technical issues, recommending appropriate interventions and modifications.

• Ensure all work processes and products adhere to IT security and development standards.

• Complete assignments by applying subject matter expertise, meeting deadlines, and following policies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field, along with two years of experience in software development or a related area. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree.

• At least one year of experience developing and/or implementing web-based applications.

• Minimum one year of experience working with web application frameworks (e.g., Angular, HTML5, CSS, GraphQL).

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems.

• Skill in communicating progress, information, and escalating issues or risks as needed.
