In-Form Product Manager | £53,945 - £58,380 We're working with a mission-driven social impact tech pioneer on this exciting opportunity. They empower non-profits through innovative data solutions to support the most vulnerable members of society. As the In-Form Product Manager, you will be the strategic architect behind a product portfolio that changes lives. You’ll own the roadmap from ideation to launch, leveraging market research and financial modeling to drive social impact at scale. The Role

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy, vision, and value propositions for the In-Form portfolio.
• Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify target segments and user personas within the non-profit sector.
• Develop robust business cases and financial models, including revenue forecasting and pricing frameworks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to manage the full product lifecycle and go-to-market execution.
• Act as the primary product advocate, presenting strategic roadmaps to senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within SaaS, CRM (Salesforce ecosystem), or Social Tech environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build financial models and navigate complex pricing structures.
• Experience leading product discovery, validation, and roadmap prioritization using tools like Jira, Roadmunk, or Aha!
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• A passion for social impact and an understanding of accessibility and regulatory requirements (GDPR) in a digital product context.
