The Role
- Provide broad-spectrum user interface and user experience design services across multiple web platforms.
- Analyze existing web content and usability, gather stakeholder requirements, and produce design plans and wireframes.
- Develop user interfaces that adhere to established branding standards.
- Provide training and guidance to developers, site owners, and citizen developers.
- Support a critical government customer, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Work in a fully remote, full-time capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design and web development.
- Proficiency in UI design for web content management systems, web applications, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Experience with CSS and frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind.
- Hands-on experience with Drupal, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and a U.S. Government PIV card.
