Position Overview

We are seeking a Freelance Fashion Designer with a refined eye for print, color, and modern silhouettes to lead the development of seasonal collections across both men’s and women’s activewear. This role focuses on creating elevated designs that seamlessly blend fashion-forward aesthetics with technical performance. You will play a key role in translating the IBKUL brand into distinctive prints, patterns, and polished, wearable styles that resonate across categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal collections for both men’s and women’s activewear
• Create original prints, patterns, and cohesive color stories aligned with brand direction
• Translate concepts into production-ready designs, including repeats, scale, and garment application
• Ensure alignment between men’s and women’s collections while maintaining a cohesive brand identity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production and merchandising teams
• Introduce fresh, innovative ideas while maintaining the brand’s elevated aesthetic
• Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in activewear, athleisure, or resortwear design (men’s and women’s preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing print development and full garment design across categories
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Centric PLM, Excel, and Miro
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage overlapping deadlines
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present and articulate creative ideas
