Graphic Designer - META Ads & Organic Social (Remote/Freelance)

We're looking for a talented freelance Graphic Designer to create engaging statics and Meta advertising campaigns and organic social channels. You'll work on fast-paced projects, turning concepts into scroll-stopping ads and on-brand organic posts. This role is perfect for someone who understands platform trends and can deliver visuals that drive both performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design static ads, GIFs, and stop-motion content (3–15 seconds) for Meta paid campaigns
• Create organic social content for Instagram and Facebook (feed, stories, Reels covers, carousels)
• Optimize content to Meta's specifications across multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4:5)
• Stay current with platform trends, cultural moments, and design techniques that resonate with audiences
• Deliver multiple variations and A/B test concepts for paid ads
• Collaborate with Creative Strategist and Creative Director to meet client standards
• Ensure accuracy in copy, graphics, and brand application

What We Need

• 2-3 years professional graphic design experience (social media, marketing, or DTC brand preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (for GIFs)
• Experience with Figma or similar design collaboration tools
• Understanding of Meta ad best practices, organic social trends, and short-form visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
• Portfolio demonstrating static ad design and organic social work
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Reliable internet and ability to work across time zones

Nice To Have

• Experience designing for health, wellness, oral care, or beauty DTC brands
• Understanding of direct response design fundamentals and what drives clicks and conversions
• Experience with AI design or animation tools
• Photography or product styling skills
