IDR is seeking a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will lead human-centered design efforts across complex digital products, creating intuitive and accessible experiences at enterprise scale. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize and govern consistent UI patterns using a modern design system within a large public-sector digital transformation environment.
Position Overview for the Senior UX/UI Product Designer:
- Lead Human-Centered Design activities across complex digital products and workflows, ensuring user needs are reflected throughout the product lifecycle.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and consistent user experiences aligned to established design-system standards and reusable UI patterns.
- Evaluate, normalize, and standardize a high volume of existing user/process flows into consistent, scalable experiences.
- Develop, maintain, and promote design-system components and governance to drive consistency across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective digital experiences and support implementation.
Requirements for the Senior UX/UI Product Designer:
- 2+ years of full-time equivalent professional experience working with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
- At least 1 successfully completed project normalizing approximately 200 user/process flows into consistent UI patterns, with full implementation and operational completion
- Demonstrated ability to clearly identify qualifying project details, including employer/client, role, dates, responsibilities, and relevant experience
- Strong background in Human-Centered Design (HCD), usability, and accessibility practices applied across the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Ability to provide professional reference information supporting qualifying experience
