This role is open to applicants based in Romania ONLY due to Bucharest office opening in Q4 2026.

Location: Remote, applicant based in Romania

Type: Fixed Term Contract – 6 months (with potential extension or FTE possibility)

Salary: 11,000-13,000 RON/month (depending on experience)

Starting Date: Immediate

Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in product design or UX/UI designLanguage(s): Fluency in English required

The role

We are building next-generation software tools for the semiconductor industry and are looking for a Product Designer to shape the user experience of these complex, technical workflows. You will design intuitive interfaces for expert users, collaborating closely with our frontend, backend, and AI engineers to bring ideas to life.

In addition, you will work alongside our brand, marketing, and communications teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality design language across the product, website, and customer communications. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys building practical, impactful tools and contributing across product and brand touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for our software tools
• Translate complex engineering workflows into clear and usable interfaces
• Create interactive prototypes in Figma
• Contribute to a design system and reusable components
• Design dashboards and data-heavy interfaces for technical users
• Support in the design and creation of website pages, landing pages, and product feature pages with the brand and marketing team
• Produce product visuals, diagrams, and UI assets for brand and marketing
• Help maintain design consistency across product and web in line with ideal client personas
• Transforming brand identity into tangible features and user experiencesRequired Skills

• At least 5 years’ experience in product design or UX/UI design
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, or complex software tools
• Strong understanding of interaction design, usability, and information hierarchy
• Ability to translate brand identity and technical concepts into intuitive interfaces
• Strong visual design and layout skills across product and web
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft 365 and Jira

Nice to Have Experience

• Experience in designing tools, engineering software, or data-heavy platforms
• Experience with design systems or component-based UI frameworks such as Storybook and React and agentic tools such as v0
