About the Role
A leading Consumer Experience Organization (CXO) is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support web design, Figma production, Photoshop asset creation, and scalable digital design systems for their in-house creative studio.
This role is designed to meet the growing demand for internal creative capacity as more work transitions toward adaptation, modular web components, and brand-aligned digital experiences. The designer will work within approved brand standards, existing asset libraries, and governance frameworks to deliver responsive, production-ready designs that scale across campaigns and channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesFigma Web Design & Production
- Build, adapt, and refine web layouts, landing pages, digital modules, and responsive components using approved brand standards and design libraries.
- Leverage auto layout, variants, and reusable components to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Photoshop Asset Production
- Create, modify, resize, retouch, composite, and optimize layered Photoshop files for web and digital activation needs.
- Prepare production-ready digital assets with clean file organization and export optimization.
Design System Support
- Develop and maintain reusable Figma components, variants, templates, and modular elements to improve speed, scalability, and consistency across all studio work.
Content Adaptation & Asset Reuse
- Transform existing brand assets, campaign materials, and creative libraries into refreshed digital deliverables that support activation goals.
Creative Quality & Governance
- Ensure all files are brand-compliant, well-organized, and ready for seamless handoff to development teams or agency partners.
- Adhere to the studio's operating model and review expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with brand teams, activation leads, MarTech, and external agency partners to support creative development and iterative feedback cycles.
AI-Enabled Creative Exploration
- Use approved generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly) to support concepting and asset generation while maintaining human oversight, brand consistency, and compliance.
Required QualificationsExperience
- 3–6 years of professional graphic or digital design experience, with a strong emphasis on web design, Figma production, Photoshop production, and scalable design systems.
Technical Skills
- Figma: Advanced proficiency including component libraries, variants, auto layout, design system governance, and developer-ready handoff.
- Photoshop: Expert-level skills in layered file organization, image editing, retouching, compositing, resizing, optimization, and preparing production-ready assets.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Adobe Firefly or other approved generative AI tools is a plus.
Design & Adaptation
- Proven ability to adapt existing brand assets and campaign materials into responsive web layouts, landing pages, modules, and reusable digital components.
Education
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Web Design, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
