About The Role We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for transforming conceptual ideas into visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces and experiences. You will play a crucial part in designing seamless, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences across various platforms, primarily focusing on eCommerce websites and landing pages. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative vision and analytical thinking, ensuring that designs not only look great but also perform optimally to maximize user engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to projects that have a positive social impact. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably within DTC brands or digital agencies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in eCommerce UI and landing page design
• Proven ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions effectively to teams and clients
• Experience leading design projects and collaborating within distributed team environments
• Knowledge of eCommerce web design and CRO principles
• Proficiency in UX software such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping tools
• Understanding of basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create seamless user experiences across eCommerce websites and landing pages, from initial concepts to high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify design challenges and develop user-centered solutions
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that align with brand and project goals
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing results, and evolving best practices in UX/UI design
• Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices
• Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Maintain consistency with brand standards and design guidelines
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality
