Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled UI/UX Engineer to design and develop intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between UX design and front-end development, translating design concepts and prototypes into responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts into functional web and mobile experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, layouts, interactions, and visual elements.
- Implement responsive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Improve usability, accessibility, performance, and overall user experience.
- Identify UX issues through analytics, user feedback, and testing and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, design standards, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's OR Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design, front-end development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Basic to strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of usability and accessibility standards.
- Good visual design and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
