About The Role We are looking for a Graphic designer who can maintain and evolve Jack Westin brand guidelines. The role is about creating all visual assets across every marketing channel: social media graphics, blog images, email templates, landing page visuals, ad creative, presentation decks, in-product banners and popups. What You'll Do

• Design social graphics daily: IG carousels, story templates and post images;
• Create blog header images for every new post (3-5/week);
• Design email templates for HubSpot: branded headers, CTA buttons, promotional layouts;
• Build landing page visuals and ad creative for Google Display and Meta;
• Create in-product banners and popups for marketing campaigns;
• Design infographics for MCAT data, study tips, and competitor comparisons;
• Maintain Jack Westin brand guidelines: colors, typography, illustration style.

Qualifications

• High proficiency in English;
• 2+ years of graphic design experience;
• Must be proficient in: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva Pro;
• Nice to have: Adobe After Effects (simple animations), Unsplash/Pexels (stock imagery).
