We’re looking for a Graphics Integrator who thrives at the intersection of design, technology and live experience. This role is responsible for bringing visual concepts to life by integrating graphics, animations, and data-driven elements into live or digital productions. Beyond execution, you will help build the systems and tools that power modern broadcasts and fan engagement, shaping how audiences interact with content in real time. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and production teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality output across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate and implement graphics packages into live, studio, or digital environments
- Collaborate with creative, production, and engineering teams to translate design into functional outputs
- Manage and maintain graphic assets, templates, and data integrations
- Build and support tools, templates, and systems that enhance broadcast workflows and fan engagement, including real-time data integrations, interactive overlays, and social or UGC pipelines
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality control of all on-air or deployed graphics
- Troubleshoot and resolve real-time graphic or system issues during production
- Optimize graphics for performance, responsiveness, and scalability
- Support build-out and maintenance of graphics workflows and systems
- Document processes, templates, and technical setups
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in graphics integration, broadcast graphics, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Xpression
- Understanding of live production environments, pipelines, and workflows
- Experience with data-driven graphics and/or scripting is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
- Experience in live sports, broadcast, or event production
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript or other integration frameworks
- Familiarity with playout systems and real-time rendering tools
- Motion graphics or design background

Compensation & Benefits
The expected compensation range for this role is $65,000-$75,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
