THE ROLE
As our new Sales Representative / Customer Success team member, you’ll play a key role in helping clinics discover, adopt, and succeed with our platform. Your mission is simple: drive growth by any means necessary. You’ll:
- Set up and manage our CRM
- Cold call clinics to pitch our solution and book demos
- Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations
- Travel to clinics and attend industry events to build relationships
- Follow up with prospects to turn interest into sign-ups
- Support clinics during onboarding to ensure a smooth start
- Work closely with our product and development team to give feedback from the front lines
This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves role — perfect for someone who thrives in a start-up environment and loves being at the coalface of customer interaction.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in sales, customer success, or account management (ideally in dental, healthcare and/or SaaS)
- Comfortable cold calling, running demos, and closing deals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales workflows
- Bonus: Experience working in dental/healthcare or selling to clinics
