JobFinder AI (jobfinder-ai.com) finds relevant openings for job seekers across company career sites and job boards, scores each job against what the candidate wants, and helps them apply. The role
You'll build and own the pages and app screens job seekers use to find, review, and apply to jobs. This is a hands-on role with real production responsibility from day one — you'll ship features that thousands of job seekers use.
What you'll work on
- Ship features end to end in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Improve onboarding and checkout flows, and measure the impact in analytics
- Build SEO-friendly pages: metadata, structured data, translated versions
- Keep pages fast on real phones and slow networks
- Fix production bugs reported by real users
What we're looking for
- 0–3 years of experience building web apps with React — internships, freelance work, and substantial personal projects all count
- Solid fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with Next.js or another server-rendered React framework (or strong motivation to learn it fast)
- Comfortable taking a loosely defined feature from idea to production, with support when you need it
Nice to have
- Tailwind CSS
- Web performance work (Core Web Vitals, caching)
- Deploying to Vercel, Cloudflare, or similar platforms
