About the role

Outfit4Rent is Europe's Green Tech impact startup and an AI-powered Circular Fashion Operating System headquartered in Germany. We are redefining retail economics by bridging the gap between fashion supply chains, sustainable resource utilization, and modern consumer demand.

We operate a dual-engine ecosystem combining enterprise B2B infrastructure with a seamless direct-to-consumer (D2C) rental experience: turning idle inventory into high-yield, rental-ready assets while making sustainable fashion accessible to professionals and event-goers. Our roadmap includes managed B2B2C luxury and formal wear, second-hand circular resale, and future peer-to-peer integration - supported by data-driven reverse logistics, sizing validation engines, and localized eco-cleaning networks.

We are launching Batch 2.0 of our Volunteer Program and looking for passionate software developers, UI/UX designers, and tech enthusiasts who want to gain real-world European startup experience and help build our platform from the ground up!
