Product Designer (Remote - UK)

One of our companies is currently looking for a Product Designer in the United Kingdom. We are seeking a creative and experienced Product Designer to help shape intuitive and impactful digital experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that solve complex user problems while supporting measurable business goals. This role combines strategic thinking, strong visual design, and an iterative, user-centered approach. You will work within a dynamic team environment, contributing to a shared design system and helping drive innovation and usability across the product lifecycle. Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user needs and product goals
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes aligned with business outcomes
• Design user journeys and interaction models that enhance engagement and functionality
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions
• Maintain and evolve a consistent design system and visual language
• Translate complex user problems into simple and elegant design solutions
• Support an outcome-driven design culture and foster collaboration across teams
• Actively contribute to design reviews and workshops to align stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Experience working with product managers and frontend developers in agile environments
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices
• Hands-on experience with design systems and pattern libraries
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to share ideas with non-design audiences
• Ability to conduct and apply user research and usability testing insights
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
