Accountabilities
You will take end-to-end ownership of the marketing website and its supporting marketing technology infrastructure, combining full stack development, performance optimization, analytics, and automation to deliver measurable business results.
- Website development: Build and maintain high-quality, responsive, and accessible interfaces across a multilingual, headless website using React, Next.js, Vercel, and Storyblok. Develop reusable components, forms, landing pages, and content tools with a strong focus on visual quality and usability.
- Technical SEO: Manage site architecture, metadata, structured data, sitemaps, robots directives, hreflang attributes, and redirects across all supported locales to maintain strong search visibility and indexability.
- Performance optimization: Implement caching and rendering strategies, including Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), edge middleware, and CDN optimization, to deliver fast and reliable page experiences across target regions.
- Analytics and attribution: Own web analytics and conversion tracking across advertising and analytics platforms, ensuring that lead sources, UTM parameters, click IDs, and conversion events are captured accurately and consistently.
- API development and integrations: Build and maintain Node.js APIs and webhooks connecting website forms with automation tools, CRM systems, Supabase, Snowflake, and other relevant services.
- Monitoring and testing: Implement automated tests and monitoring to detect broken forms, tracking gaps, integration failures, and lost leads before they affect marketing or sales operations.
- Marketing technology systems: Develop and improve lead management workflows, including automated prioritization, deduplication logic, attribution data insertion, and other processes that improve lead quality and operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, accessible, and up-to-date technical documentation for systems and workflows, using AI tools to streamline documentation where appropriate.
- Roadmap delivery: Execute marketing technology initiatives on schedule, replacing legacy workflows with reliable, maintainable solutions.
- Quality and reliability: Ensure key page templates meet Core Web Vitals targets and load in under two seconds across target regions, while preventing SEO regressions and ensuring advertising conversions reconcile with CRM records.
