Senior Sportsbook UI/UX Designer - REMOTE

• Lead the design process with a focus on user needs and behaviors within the sports betting domain.
• Create intuitive and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and interactive prototypes.
• Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure design feasibility.
• Contribute to the evolution of a scalable design system.
• Balance ideal user experience with real-world constraints and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and competitor performance.
• Plan and run usability testing sessions to validate design decisions.
• Analyze feedback and iterate designs for improved usability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in UX design, preferably in sports betting or related industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX work with measurable impact on usability.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Experience working with design systems for consistency across products.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting and justifying design decisions.
• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and technical constraints.
• Sports betting or iGaming domain knowledge is strongly preferred.
