  • Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end tracking setups across platforms including Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and related tools.
  • Implement and validate event tracking across websites, CMS platforms, ecommerce systems, and CRM tools to ensure accurate data capture.
  • Ensure consistency and reliability of conversion tracking, UTM parameters, attribution models, and cross-platform event mapping.
  • Integrate analytics and tracking systems with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Recruiterflow, or GoHighLevel.
  • Work directly within client codebases when tag management solutions are insufficient, including React and TypeScript environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve tracking discrepancies, attribution issues, and data flow inconsistencies across systems.
  • Conduct thorough QA testing for all implementations and ensure tracking integrity before deployment.
  • Document tracking setups, assumptions, and technical logic, and communicate findings clearly to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with account managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Recommend improvements to tracking architecture and data reliability to enhance reporting accuracy and marketing performance.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in web analytics implementation, tracking instrumentation, or technical ad operations.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience working in React-based environments.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex tracking, attribution, and data integration issues.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, event tracking, and digital attribution principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in client-facing or agency environments managing multiple tracking setups is a plus.
  • Familiarity with server-side GTM, advanced tracking architectures, or broader MarTech ecosystems is a strong advantage.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.
