We’re looking for a production-focused Graphic Designer to own the ad creative that runs across our paid channels. This is a high-volume, fast-turnaround role: you’ll be building static and motion ads that don’t just look good — they perform.
You’re fluent in AI design tools and use them to move faster and test more, not as a crutch. If you get a thrill out of watching a creative variant outperform and iterating from there, you’ll fit right in.

- Design high-performing static, animated, and video ad creative for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels
- Produce creative variations at volume to feed testing and avoid creative fatigue
- Leverage AI tools (image generation, editing, copy assist) to accelerate production and expand output
- Partner with media and account management on creative briefs, turning performance data and client goals into your next round of creative
- Maintain brand consistency across clients while adapting to each brand’s voice and guidelines
Qualifications
- 3 years of graphic design experience
- Required: Agency experience, or a track record working across multiple clients/brands
- Required: Proven ad creative experience for food & beverage or CPG brands
- Strong portfolio of ad creative — bonus if you can speak to what performed and why
- Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT/Claude, or similar) and a point of view on how to use them well
- Comfort working at speed and at volume without sacrificing quality
- Strong communication skills — you live in Notion (our project management tool) and Slack, and communicate early and often.
- A performance mindset — you care about the metric behind the creative, not just the aesthetic

Bonus Depth
- Experience designing landing pages
- Motion design / After Effects skills
- Basic understanding of paid media mechanics (what makes an ad stop the scroll)
- Experience with rapid A/B creative testing

- Salary: $60,000–$75,000, negotiable based on experience and fit.
