🚀 We’re Hiring: B2C Marketing & GTM Lead (U.S. Market Focus)Location: 🌍 Remote or Barcelona (preferred)

Type: Freelance / Contractor (Full-time engagement preferred)

Compensation: $2,500–$3,500/month, depending on experience

Reports to: Founder / CEO

LAYLA is looking for a hands-on B2C marketing and go-to-market lead who understands what makes U.S. consumers click, literally.

You’ve worked in or with the U.S. e-commerce market, know how to optimize listings that convert, and can craft campaigns that speak the customer’s language.

You’ll own the entire marketing engine — from Amazon to DTC to social and influencer programs, turning strategy into traction.

💡 What You’ll Do

  • Lead the B2C go-to-market strategy across Amazon, DTC, social, email, influencers, and partnerships
  • Build and optimize campaigns designed for U.S. consumer behavior and platforms
  • Review and approve copy, visuals, and product materials to ensure brand consistency
  • Track KPIs (ROAS, conversion, engagement, reviews) and run growth experiments
  • Turn customer feedback into actionable marketing improvements
  • Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams for cohesive messaging and launch execution
  • Research and test new channels, communities, and partners to expand reach

✅ What You Bring

  • 3–6+ years in B2C / DTC marketing or growth, ideally for U.S.-based e-commerce brands
  • Experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or Customer.io
  • Deep understanding of U.S. consumer trends and online shopping habits
  • Proven success building and scaling multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Great eye for creative, copy, and customer experience
  • Startup mindset, proactive, resourceful, fast-moving, and collaborative

🌟 Nice to Have

  • Background in consumer tech, smart home, or lifestyle electronics
  • Experience with influencer programs or review acquisition campaigns
  • Comfortable managing small budgets with high impact
  • Ability to localize and adapt messaging for international expansion
