- Lead the end-to-end design of complex insurance services, creating journey maps, service blueprints, and cross-channel experiences that integrate people, processes, and technology.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate across product, tech, and business teams to uncover insights, align stakeholders, and drive experience improvements.
- Mentor UX team members while independently defining processes, documenting methods, and shaping ways-of-working in an evolving, minimally structured environment.
- Communicate effectively through storytelling, visual artifacts, and simplification of complex systems to influence decision-makers and guide strategy.
Bring senior-level service design depth with experience in systems thinking, regulated industries, and autonomous leadership across large, ambiguous projects.
