Senior Designer - 3D & Motion

This role is for someone ready to shape systems, meaning, and long-term impact.

What you’ll do

• Design 3D and motion assets across product and brand
• Create characters / mascots that embody emotional concepts
• Turn abstract ideas (emotions, relationships, decisions) into visual clarity
• Build animations that explain and guide, never just decoration
• Experiment early, think in systems, and help define our visual language

What we offer

This is not a salary-based role.

Compensation is 100% phantom shares at this stage.

We expect funding in the second half of 2026.

This role is for someone who wants to build Marv from the inside, shape its future, and grow with it over time. Your work will directly influence how the brand evolves and how people experience what we’re creating.
