We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to build, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the entire technology stack and collaborating in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and robust server-side logic.
• Design and integrate APIs and database solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on feature development.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvements.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar).
• Strong experience with back-end languages/frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
