Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling and brand-aligned email campaigns across client accounts.
• Prepare responsive email templates optimized for both desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and senior designers to produce high-quality creative.
• Ensure all emails follow accessibility best practices and render correctly across devices and platforms.
• Organize design files and maintain consistency within client brand guidelines.
• Stay up to date with design trends and best practices in email marketing.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of design experience (internships and freelance work count).
• Strong portfolio highlighting design skills, ideally with email or digital work.
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Understanding of typography, color, and layout fundamentals.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate with a creative team.
