We are looking for an experienced, senior content lead who can become the hub for all things written and filmed.

What You’ll Do:

• Create consistent, high-quality visuals across platforms (illustrations, banners, landing pages, blogs, YT, socials).
• Build scalable AI pipelines: repurposing testimonials, generating animations and cartoons with consistent characters, auto-editing video clips, and more.
• Use advanced AI tools such as Veo3 and Flow (video), Whisk and others (static images), and ElevenLabs (voice-overs).
• Script, edit, and produce both long- and short-form video content for maximum engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints with strong storytelling and design instincts.
• Experiment relentlessly with the latest AI creative tools and workflows.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing work created with AI creative tools (e.g., Veo3, Flow, Whisk, ElevenLabs, Runway, or equivalents).
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end creative assets (video, illustration, motion, web) with minimal support.
• Proficiency with Brand design and experience with Figma
• Experience setting up efficient AI-powered creative pipelines (content repurposing, automation, character consistency).

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing for therapists, clinicians, or other mission-driven professionals.
• Background in mental health, healthcare, or other purpose-led industries.
