Designer – Luxury Women’s RTW

Mode Search are proud to be partnering with a high-growth luxury womenswear brand in their search for an Interim Designer to support the development of upcoming collections.

Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO – a celebrated creative leader with a track record of building globally recognised fashion businesses – this role offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, creatively driven environment. The Designer will play a key role in shaping the brand’s collections, contributing fresh ideas while staying true to the brand’s refined and sophisticated aesthetic.

The role can be based remotely within Europe.

The Role:

• Develop seasonal concepts and design collections across ready-to-wear and denim
• Create elegant, minimal, and modern silhouettes that reflect the brand’s luxury identity
• Conduct research across vintage references, runway archives, art, and cultural movements to inspire new design direction
• Collaborate closely with product development and technical design teams to translate concepts into high-quality garments with exceptional fit and finish
• Contribute to the brand’s broader creative vision, including styling and direction for lookbooks and campaign shoots
• Partner directly with the Founder to ensure design concepts align with the overall brand DNA and business objectives

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury or elevated contemporary fashion design
• Strong design portfolio showcasing a refined aesthetic, attention to silhouette, and expert draping
• Proven ability to design across multiple RTW categories
• Deep technical understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and premium finishing techniques
• Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Passionate about building a culturally relevant brand with long-term creative integrity
