Moods AI is building the operating system for Dutch mental healthcare institutions (GGZ). We are an AI-native B2B platform — and we believe the product experience should match the ambition of the technology behind it.

The role

We're looking for a Creative Product Engineer who sits at the intersection of engineering, motion, and obsessive UI craft. You won't just build screens — you'll shape how the entire platform feels. That includes how it moves, how it responds, how it pulls people in and doesn't let go.

• Own the visual and interactive language of the Moods AI platform end-to-end
• Build motion systems and microinteractions that make the product feel alive
• Bring 3D and spatial UI elements into the browser where it earns its place (Three.js, Spline, WebGL)
• Integrate AI-generated visuals and video into the product in ways that feel native, not bolted on
• Build and maintain a design system that keeps the experience consistent as we scale
• Work directly with the founder — no design-by-committee, no watered-down briefs

The profile

• You have a portfolio that makes people stop scrolling — send it, that's your application
• Deep fluency in Next.js / TypeScript; you write real production code, not just prototypes
• You think in motion — timing, easing, choreography comes naturally to you
• Experience with generative AI for image, video, or interactive media
• You can work in the backend when needed — API integrations, data pipelines, no fear
• You have strong opinions about what good looks like, and the skills to execute them
• Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS or regulated industries where making complex data beautiful is the challenge
