Are you curious about how to grow a brand, build community, and design strategies that actually connect with people?

MBG is looking for a Marketing & Content Strategist Volunteer to help us sharpen our audience understanding, shape our messaging, and build campaigns that fuel growth.

You won’t be stuck just scheduling posts; instead, you’ll work closely with our team to diagnose blind spots, plan campaigns, and turn insights into content directions. We’ll handle the day-to-day account management and engagement; you’ll help us see the bigger picture.

Responsibilities:

• Research and define audience segments for MBG
• Shape marketing strategy and messaging aligned with our mission
• Plan campaign concepts for social media (Instagram, TikTok, and beyond)
• Provide weekly Social media content direction to our graphic designer & team
• Identify growth and monetisation opportunities

Ideal Skills (we’re open to learning together):

• Marketing planning, campaign strategy, and digital storytelling
• Curiosity about cultural trends, consumer behaviour, and social media
• Ability to translate insights into clear creative direction
• Strong written communication
• Bonus: familiarity with TikTok Studio, Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Clarity or content frameworks
