The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, sharp, creative Digital Designer with short form video editing experience to join our agile studio on a flexible freelance basis.
You’ll play a key role in developing digital-first brand assets from high-impact visuals to short-form video content that brings our work to life across social and digital channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing engaging graphics for digital campaigns, social media, landing pages, and branded content
- Editing and producing short-form video content, motion graphics and animated assets using Adobe After Effects
- Supporting the development of digital-first brand assets: email templates, digital ads, social carousels, and web-ready visuals
- Collaborating with our brand, strategy, and design teams
- Bringing energy and creativity to ideation sessions, and pushing design thinking beyond the obvious
- Ensuring final deliverables are optimised, well-organised, and on-brand across all formats
What We’re Looking For
- A portfolio that should both bold creativity with refined digital execution and show some examples of campaign work.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop; Figma or InDesign a plus)
- Experience editing and producing short-form video (Reels, TikToks, motion ads, or story-led content)
- A strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand communication
- Excellent layout, typography, and digital design sensibilities
- Knowledge of social content specs and platform best practices (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with other team members though Google & Slack to deliver to brief, budget and timeline.
- Bonus points for experience designing for UX/UI or web (not essential)
Who You Are
- English Speaker, good communicator and works well in a remote team environment.
- You’ve got a keen eye for detail and design that performs with purpose and a passion for creativity and good design.
- You love solving visual problems and telling stories through movement and composition.
- You’re confident working remotely and asynchronously, but love a creative jam session when it counts.
- Remote options will also be considered. However if the applicant is based in London or the Nottingham Area we may ask for come into studio occasionally.
Compensation depending on experience.
