Initially starting as a creative hobby, the demand for personalized bracelets grew quickly, paving the way for Names For Good to become a driving force for positive change in the world.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance Children's Fashion Designer. The Product Designer will be responsible for designing new children's products (from start to launch), specifically children's accessories, jewelry and lifestyle products. The Product Designer will also be responsible for implementing design thinking principles, and conducting research of trends and similar brands to create elevated and beautiful product designs. This role will include developing new product SKUs, collaborating with manufacturers on feasibility and costing options, working closely with NFG team members, and continuously improving the consumer experiences through research and feedback.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fashion Design and Product Design skills
• Experience with children's fashion and/or accessories brands
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the e-commerce industry
• Bachelor's degree in Design
