We are a boutique Digital Design studio, working with a select group of high-level software businesses to enhance their products and scale design.
Embracing a fully remote working model, we prioritize work-life balance and creativity. Our approach is anti-micromanagement, and we minimize meetings whenever possible. Our primary goal is to deliver aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces, mainly for B2B companies.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a mid-level Product Designer, with a strong focus on both UX, visual design, and ability to quickly learn and use AI tools for design.
Part-time freelancers or design studios are not accepted, we are looking for someone full-time.
Requirements
- You're an expert in Figma - you spend most of your time there and know the main keyboard shortcuts.
- Interface design - making that button pop and making sure the now-perfect UX design looks beautiful.
- Visual identity and visual design - creating stunning elements for web and mobile apps: onboarding pages, illustrations, navigation, icons.
- User experience design - designing wireframes together with AI and making quick decisions on what's the best UX for certain flows.
- Ability to speak (not only write) in English well to explain your thoughts.

- You haven't done a mobile or web app design before.
- You're only a graphic designer.
- You're only an illustrator.
- You're a physical product designer.
- You don't speak basic English
- You don't have the discipline to work on tasks without micromanagement.
- You like to spend the first 3 hours of your day scrolling on your phone.

Salary
- Gross €3,200–€4,500/month, depending on experience. Quick salary increases for highly productive designers.
