We are seeking a creative and driven Social / Video Content Creator to produce engaging, high-quality content across social media and digital platforms. The successful candidate will develop compelling visual storytelling through short-form and long-form video, photography, and digital content that enhances brand awareness, drives audience engagement, and supports marketing objectives.

You will collaborate with marketing, creative, and communications teams to create content that resonates with diverse audiences across Australia.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging video and social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X
• Produce short-form and long-form videos, reels, stories, promotional content, and behind-the-scenes footage
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, and content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns
• Capture and edit high-quality video and photography using professional equipment and editing software
• Design visually engaging graphics, thumbnails, captions, and social media assets
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience insights to optimise content performance
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Manage content scheduling and publishing across multiple digital platforms
• Analyse content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements based on key metrics
• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, copyright requirements, and accessibility best practices
• Maintain an organised library of digital assets, video footage, and creative resources

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Media, Film, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred
• 2+ years of experience creating social media and video content for brands or organisations
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent editing software
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar creative tools is advantageous
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and digital marketing best practices
• Excellent video editing, storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills
• Basic photography, lighting, and audio production knowledge
• Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance reporting
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment
