WHY PARAMONT
What makes Paramont unique is the combination of entrepreneurial speed and global scale. We are a multi-entity international organization with strong sourcing capabilities in China, deep product innovation across crafts, toys, and creative lifestyle categories, and a leadership team that believes in empowering high performers.
This isn’t a bureaucracy-heavy environment – it’s a place where strong leaders have autonomy, influence strategy directly, and see the impact of their decisions quickly. We are intentional about building a high-performance culture with accountability, transparency, and real opportunity for growth.
DESIGN THINGS PEOPLE ACTUALLY LOVE
Are you the kind of designer who sees a blank page and thinks, “Let’s make this fun”?
We’re looking for a creative, detail-obsessed Graphic Designer who can bring product ideas to life, from early concept sketches to production-ready artwork. If you love color palettes, typography, clever layouts, and crafting products that land on shelves (and in carts) at major retailers, this role is for you.
You’ll collaborate with our Creative and Art Directors to design packaging, products, private label programs, and presentations across kids crafting, stationery, party, décor, beauty, baking, wood surfaces, and more.
Yes! It’s as fun as it sounds.

· Select colors, fonts, illustrations, photos, and layouts that make products pop
· Develop instruction manuals and product graphics that are clear and visually engaging

· Work from concept to final art files ready for our U.S. and China partners
· Support presentations and line reviews with polished, compelling visuals
· Organize and prepare art files according to department protocols
· Participate in brainstorms (we love big ideas here)
